A MAN was threatened with a knife on board a train at Willesden Junction.
British Transport Police have launched an appeal following the attack on Wednesday, February 13 and CCTV images have been released of a man that officers would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
Police are also trying to trace the victim.
PC Ian Russell, who is investigating, said: “Around 10.30pm, the victim, described as a black man in his 20s, was sitting on board a train as it was stationary at the Stratford-bound platform at Willesden Junction.
“A man boarded the same train and approached the victim. He produced a knife from his jacket pocket and threatened the victim with it. Fortunately, another passenger bravely intervened and the man left. The victim, who is yet to be identified, remained on the train.”
