TALENTED young musicians were given the opportunity to perform at a gig at a local youth and community hub.
On Friday last week, young people across Harrow flocked to the Lighthouse Bar in Northolt Road, South Harrow, to watch an evening of acoustic talent, called 100%.
The Lighthouse Bar was recently opened to create a space for young people in Harrow to hang out and the gig was organised by Christian charity, P5000, in collaboration with Harrow Arts Centre.
The three performers on the night had been discovered by the arts centre in Uxbridge Road, Hatch End.
Social media and creative manager for P5000, Janine Murray said: “The event was really good, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and have a good time. The three acts who performed were great.”
The charity is holding another event tomorrow(Friday) called Bling Bling Teen Xmas Splash, at 7.30pm, at the Lighthouse Bar, at which there will be various entertainment, from music to live acts.
