WARMING winter treats were served as part of a night market.
The Nightriser market took over Chamberlayne Road in Kensal Rise as part of the area’s Christmas celebrations.
Traders opened late on Thursday, December 6 and welcomed people to watch the lights on the tree get switched on and do a bit of late-night shopping.
Amy Beilin, who helped organise the event, said: “It was amazing. It was good to have something for everyone and loads of people came down.
“All the shops chipped in and we would 100 per cent do it again next year. We are hoping to have something in the summer as well.”
A Christmas tree was put up outside Minkies Deli and two people, who run the well-known Rise Guide blog, revealed their identities and switched on the lights.
