CHILDREN from four schools were presented with new equipment from their local supermarket.
The Pinner schools attended a presentation with Conservative MP for Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner, Nick Hurd, on Friday last week at Tesco, Ash Hill Drive, Pinner.
The equipment was donated through its annual vouchers for schools and clubs scheme.
Services manager at the store, Sunita Stein, said: “Only two schools came on the day but we will give the boxes over to the other schools when we can. They were given a box of equipment with things like skipping ropes, pens and pencils.”
Equipment went to Pinner Wood First School, Harlyn Primary, Hillside Infant School and Hillside Junior School.
