£850k fraud accused to stand trial in April 2013

A BUYER accused of defrauding more than £850,000 from his employer is to stand trial next year.

Hitesh Laloobhai, 28, of Sunnymead Road, Kingsbury, denied three counts of fraud by abuse of position when he appeared at Harrow Crown Court on November 26.

Laloobhai was granted conditional bail until his trial, which starts at the crown court on April 15, 2013, and is expected to last five days.
