A MAN is to appear before a judge accused with dangerous driving following a road traffic collision in Harrow.
Joseph Nebb, of College Road, Swanley, Kent, appeared from custody at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Monday over charges arising from an incident in which two cars, a Toyota Hilux and a Volkswagen Passat, collided in College Hill Road, Harrow, at its junction with Kenton Lane on Sunday evening.
Charges of dangerous driving and failing to provide a specimen were automatically sent to Harrow Crown Court, where there will be a plea and case management hearing on December 17.
The 22-year-old admitted a charge of possession of cannabis and was fined £110 with a £15 victim surcharge and was sentenced to one day’s imprisonment, which was deemed served by his time in police custody.
A charge of failing to stop was withdrawn and Nebb was remanded back in custody by the magistrates.
