A WOMAN died from multiple stab wounds after being found in a car in Harlesden on Saturday night.
The 32-year-old was found with serious injuries in a car parked in Wyborne Way on Saturday September 29.
Police were called shortly after 11pm and she was taken by ambulance to St Mary's hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
A post-mortem examination held on Sunday September 30 at Northwick Park Mortuary gave cause of death as multiple stab wounds.
Three men have been arrested in connection with the incident and two men, aged 30 and 41, are in custody in separate north London police stations.
The third man was released with no further action.
An incident room has opened at Putney under Detective Chief Inspector Nicola Wall from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command.At this early stage, officers retain an open mind as to any motive.
DCI Wall said: "We are keen to her from anyone who was in or around the Wyborne Way area around 11pm Saturday night. We are also keen to hear from anyone in and around the surrounding area after the incident that may have seen anyone acting suspiciously."
It is believed that police will release the identity of the woman later today.
Next of kin have been informed.
