TWO men have denied killing a 25-year-old outside a pub.
Christopher Walters, 23, of Lovett Way, Neasden, appeared at the Old Bailey on Thursday last week and denied all charges against him, including the murder of Luke Fitzpatrick, who died from stab wounds near the Ox and Gate Pub in Crest Road, Dollis Hill.
Walters was charged with the murder of Mr Fitzpatrick, attempted murder and assault on a 56-year-old man and violent disorder, all in relation to the incident on May 19. Mr Fitzpatrick had been with his father, Bernard, who sustained injuries trying to protect his son.
A 16-year-old from Mill Hill, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in court on the same charges and denied all three.
They will both appear on November 9 for a plea hearing at the Old Bailey. Six people have been charged with offences in relation to the incident.
