A CONVICTED double rapist who absconded from the Pakistan High Commission in London was arrested in Wembley last week.
Imtiaz Hussain, 44, was taken to the Commission to get a passport so he could be deported at the end of a nine-year prison sentence, but fled and went on the run in October.
Hussain made off from the building in Lowndes Square and was seen to run along Sloane Square.
Hussain, considered "very dangerous" by police, was jailed for trying to rape two women at knifepoint in Derbyshire.
When found on December 23 he was taken to a west London police station and transferred into the custody of the UK Borders Agency.
