Missing boy found

The boy with Down's Syndrome reported missing in Wembley this morning has been found safe and well.

Jonathan Graham was last seen by his father at the Asda store in Wembley Park at around 2pm on Monday.

At the time, police were especially concerned as Jonathan has Down's Syndrome and it is not thought he would be able to make his own way home.

He was not carrying money or an Oyster card.

He has now been reunited with his family.
