Master curry chef gives cooking tips to public

A cook specialising in Indian cooking gave a free demonstration of the cuisine of the sub-continent on Saturday.

Pat Chapman took over the centre of St George's shopping centre, Harrow,and showed shoppers how to create delicious dishes.

He is Britian's leading expert on curry and spicy food and also the UK's most prolific author on Indian food.

The event was part of the Indian Summer festival at the shopping centre whcih has seen dance performances over the past two Saturday's.

Next Saturday shoppers will be able to take advantage of a free head massage and henna tattoo from noon.
