		<description><![CDATA[<p>AS ONE of the library cuts protesters who allegedly 'stunned' councillors at the Mayor Making ceremony last week, I wish to make it absolutely clear that the protest was a bona fide means of continuing to bring to the public attention the decision of the current administration to close six out of 12 of the borough's libraries - and highlight the fact that, despite the need for such desperate cuts that we lose our library spaces, a ceremonial post such as the mayor's can continue apparently unaffected.</p>]]></description>
