Muslim action discouraging

HAVING lived in Harrow for over 20 years and seen the steady deterioration of this once beautiful suburb, what I witnessed while struggling home from work last Friday has convinced me its time to get out.

A large number of young Muslims, intent on fighting but having no one to fight with turned their attention to assaulting the police with bottles and rocks.

These policemen and policewomen certainly did not deserve such treatment as they were there to keep the peace and showed remarkable restraint under such attacks.

So lets apportion the blame to all the guilty parties and not just the right-wing groups, as they had long gone when the trouble that I witnessed took place.

If Harrow is the safest borough, as they claim it is, God knows how bad the other boroughs must be.
